I personally hate captchas but can understand why they are required and also understand why people may want someone to fill these annoying things in for them. If you do not know what a captcha is then lets go.

I do not recommend this for earning passive income because in my opinion it is not one but I have seen it in some poorly written passive income ebooks.
Unless your desperate for cash i would not even recommend this for earning money unles syou are desperate as the payout rates for the amount of work is not good.
