I use this site but not as a designer, I purchased a subscription and the huge range of resources that are available, in my opinion are a game changer for creating POD products, KDP books and even adding content to websites. In fact there are a wide range of possible use cases and this is the benefit of the subscription and why so many people but it.
This is why the platform for a designer is such a good option – lots of eyes on your products on a website where products are easily searched for and found.
Product examples
OK, here are some of the products that can be sold on the site but this gives you an idea what you can produce, many of these will need other software to create them
Word searches – there are 1000’s of these, you can mix these and create books to sell in either digital format, paper or as a giveaway
Fonts – more fonts than you can think
KDP interiors – Low content interiors, puzzles, activity books – you name it. People that make KDP a business look to save time, they don’t necessarily want to spend all their time creating – you can supply what the need, at a price.
Teachers resources – Saves time for teachers and an increase in demand for home schooling – think maths puzzles, words, letter tracing, posters, worksheets
Templates – print, web , presentations
Photos, icons and logos – Yep, you can take good photos and upload them. People are always looking for icons and logos

Revenue and Author information
You earn up to 75% on Each Sale and for 50% for any sales that you refer

As a designer, you have full control over how to price your work here at Creative Fabrica.

License
The license is important for authors/designers. It allows the end user to do the following
- Create Unlimited Physical End Products*
- Create Unlimited Digital End Products*
- Create your own items that you sell on Print-on-Demand (POD) sites*
- Use fonts to digitize quotes, words, names or sayings and sell those designs digitally as well as physically*
It does also offer terms that do not allow users to simply resell your products or even upload them elsewhere
Summary
You can use this as part of your passive income strategy, lets say you do publish Word searches on KDP – how about selling the excess ones as packages.
You can only really create so many low content books to sell on KDP, the interiors do not change – lined paper, graph paper, plain paper – its the cover that changes. Why not package up the interiors in a package.
Puzzles are more difficult, you can create this on canva and there is software available but in a future article we will look at options that can create this content to sell. These are obviously investments but its a bigger picture to make money.
Saying that you still need to create good products, you should try and create unique products and obviously not steal others work. Users can rate your products, they can subscribe to you – poor scores, negative comments can tank a product whereas the opposite and people subbing to you would signify a reliable designer creating good content
